Warranty

All Semo bags come with a 2-year Limited Global Warranty.

The warranty will become void if:

• The receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is lost, defaced, or illegible

• Unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made

• The product has been used in conditions outside of its intended purpose

The warranty does not cover damage from:

• Improper care or misuse

• Excessive sun exposure

• The use of inappropriate cleaning products

• Normal wear and tear:

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture

- Fabric abrasion

- Rips, tears, or cuts

- Melted zippers or fabric

- Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc.)

Care & Use

Using detergent or soap diluted with water, dampen a microfiber cloth and wipe the nylon surface (do not use chlorine, bleach, or alcohol).

Once cleaned, dry the surface with a towel.

For added protection, apply a waterproof coating (not included) to the fabric surface.

Apply leather cream or wax to nourish the leather.

The exterior fabric of Semo is treated with a water-repelling, PFAS-Free C0 coating.

The Collection also features Leather Working Group (LWG) leather accents and metal components made of Zinc Alloy, Copper, and Iron that increase the lifespan of Semo products.
